Recently, we successfully handled an order for ebm-papst AC Axial Fans, Made in Germany, for the HVAC department of a well-known hotel in Pakistan.

Understanding the Requirement

The project started with reviewing the end user’s requirements and identifying suitable fan options for the application. Rather than limiting the customer to a single option, we provided multiple suitable alternatives for technical and commercial comparison.

After reviewing the available options, the most suitable product was selected according to the customer’s requirements, availability, and delivery expectations.

Sourcing & Delivery Coordination

Once the required fans were confirmed, we coordinated the procurement and delivery process. Our focus was to minimise the delivery time while maintaining proper communication throughout the order.

Regular shipment updates were provided to keep the customer informed about the progress of the delivery.

Quality Inspection Before Dispatch

Before dispatch, our team conducted an internal inspection of the supplied fans to check the items and their condition. We also ensured careful handling and appropriate packaging before sending the shipment to the customer.

Safe Delivery to the Customer

The fans were dispatched through Daewoo, with our team following up on the shipment until delivery. This helped ensure that the equipment reached the customer safely and within the agreed delivery schedule.
