Finned tubes provide an increased heat-transfer surface area and are widely used in air-cooled heat exchangers, boilers, economizers, heaters, coolers and other thermal systems.

Typical Base Tube Size:
½” to 2½” OD and project-specific sizes.

Types:
Extruded Finned, Embedded G-Fin, L-Fin, LL-Fin, KL-Fin, High-Frequency Welded Fin.

Base Tube Materials:
Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloys.

Fin Materials:
Aluminum, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, other specified materials.

Fin Configuration:
Fin height, fin thickness, fin pitch and fins per inch according to equipment design and customer specifications.
