FASIN has supported a major Water Supply Project for a Coal Power Plant through the supply of large-diameter piping and valves, electrical power-distribution equipment, automation and control systems, lifting equipment, standby power equipment and instrumentation products.
Scope of Supplies
Large-Diameter Piping & Valves
8″–40″ Pipe & Fittings, 8″–40″ Ball Valves, Gate Valves, Check Valves and Air Release Valves.
Electrical Power Distribution
Step-up & Step-Down Transformers, 33 kV & 11 kV Switchgears, Power Cables and Control & Instrument Cables.
Automation & Control
Siemens PLC System, Local Control Station, 20 kVA Dual Redundant UPS System and Instrumentation Items.
Mechanical & Lifting Equipment
5 Ton Overhead Cranes.
Standby Power
200 kVA Diesel Genset.
Technical Supply Capabilities
Piping & Valves
Supply capability includes large-diameter water-service pipes, fittings and Ball, Gate, Check and Air Release Valves in sizes and pressure ratings according to hydraulic and project requirements.
Electrical Equipment
Capability includes Step-up and Step-Down Transformers, MV Switchgear, LV distribution equipment, Power Cables, Control & Instrument Cables, UPS Systems and associated electrical accessories.
Automation & Instrumentation
PLC Systems, Local Control Stations, field instrumentation, control equipment, communication interfaces and associated automation products can be supplied according to project control philosophy and specifications.
Mechanical Equipment
Overhead Cranes, Diesel Generator Sets and associated mechanical and electrical accessories can be supplied as part of integrated project packages.
