U-Tubes are designed for heat exchangers, condensers and other process equipment, providing an efficient tube-bundle arrangement while accommodating thermal expansion.

Typical Size Range:
½” to 2″ OD and other sizes on request.

Construction:
Seamless, Welded, U-Bent.

Standards / Specifications:
ASTM A179, ASTM A213, ASTM A249, ASTM A269, ASTM A789 and other applicable specifications.

Typical Grades:
A179, TP304/304L, TP316/316L, T11, T22, UNS S31803/S32205, UNS S32750/S32760.

Materials:
Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, Super Duplex Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloys.

Supply Options:
U-Bending, Post-Bend Heat Treatment where required, Dimensional Inspection, Hydrostatic Testing, Eddy Current Testing as specified.
